Most studios sell time. We sell sharply defined pieces, in four tiers, on any continent. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed delivery date. Whoever fits knows before the first call. Whoever does not fit is spared the choreography.
§ Selection How we choose
Slots are not assigned in order of arrival. We choose the projects in which our care will have the largest effect. Houses that take their own story seriously, on any continent, and for which an honest renewal makes the biggest difference.
A 50% deposit opens the slot. The remaining 50% is due on acceptance.

One job, automated. An agent that monitors, drafts, posts, and waits for human approval. Six days from brief to running.
Who it's for
A practice losing thirty hours a week to RFP responses, briefing summaries, news monitoring, or invoice drafting. Anyone who can name the task and would not miss it if it disappeared. The first agent we build becomes the pattern for the second.

Partner-led law firms with five to thirty attorneys, on any continent. Commercial, M&A, IP, employment, tax, criminal. The mandates speak for themselves; the site does not. Usually a new partner is the trigger. The internet finally gets taken seriously.

The stage on which the work tells the story it deserves. In editorial typography, with the discipline of a monograph.
Who it's for
Owner-led makers and ateliers with a craft tradition. Furniture, leather, jewellery, precision instruments, textile, ceramics. You sell through dealers or direct. The work deserves more than an online catalogue. The current site predates the internet being taken seriously.

§ Process Four phases
Phase I · Day 1-2
Brief & Concept
We listen. We read what you've already written. We hold the fabrics, the materials, the mandates. By the end of this phase, a concept lies on the table: visual direction, voice, structural draft.
Phase II · Day 3-5
Design
The final visual language is built: typography, palette, grid, component system. First pages are fully designed. One iteration round is budgeted.
Phase III · Day 6-8
Build
Engineering. React, Vite, Tailwind, locally-hosted fonts. Content is poured in. Tests on real hardware, in real browsers, on real connections.
Phase IV · Day 9-10
Launch & Aftercare
Cutover, training, handover. First days live are watched closely. Six months of hosting and monitoring follow, included. We don't disappear on launch day.
§ Frequent Before the first call
Why fixed price and not hours?
Because we know how long a well-defined piece of work takes. Hourly rates are insurance against poor planning. We plan well.
What happens if scope grows during the project?
Additions are agreed as small change orders with their own fixed price. Never quietly. Never as a 'small extra' on an invoice.
Do you build in WordPress, Webflow, or Wix?
No. We build on React, Vite, and Tailwind. That is the platform on which the work ages the way it should. Fast, legible, durable. If you intend to keep an existing WordPress site, we are not the right studio.
Who hosts the finished site?
Render. Six months are included in the price. After that, approximately €50 / month, or you take over the Render account and we hand off the keys. EU, US, or Asia-Pacific regions on request.
Can we pay in stages?
Standard is 50 / 50. Deposit at start, balance on acceptance. On request, we split the balance into two tranches (25 / 25) at mid-point and at acceptance. Just say so in the first email.
Currency and invoicing across borders?
EUR is the default. USD, GBP, AUD, or CHF on request. Reverse-charge for business customers in compatible VAT regimes. Wire transfer or SEPA. Bank rails are uninteresting; the work is the work.
What about the time zone?
We keep a working window wide enough to overlap with anywhere from Tokyo to Toronto. Async by default; synchronous on demand. The date in the contract is the date the work appears, regardless of where you read this from.
§ Reservation Reserve a slot
Write us one sentence about your house and the package you're interested in. We reply the same working day with two or three precise questions, and propose a 20-minute call if the mutual interest is real.
