Launch is the moment a project stops being an idea and starts being something people depend on. We take that seriously. We host it, secure it, back it up, and watch it. Cloud or a server in Harare, we meet the infrastructure where it is, not where a blog post said it should be.
We wire up domains, security, backups, and the kind of status checks that tell the truth. We set up monitoring that wakes the right person at the right time and stays quiet the rest of the time.
Operating a system is a skill, not a checklist. We stay on, for a month, a quarter, a year, to watch a new thing through its first busy day and its first misbehaving moment. We write the playbook as we go so that, eventually, somebody on your team can own it without flinching.
We believe software is a gift only if it keeps working after the launch email. That is the job, and we treat it like the job.
