We wire up domains, TLS, DNS, CI pipelines, preview environments, rollbacks, backups, log sinks, and the kind of status page that tells the truth. We set up monitoring that pages the right person at the right time and stays quiet the rest of the time.

Operating a system is a skill, not a checklist. We stay on. For a month, a quarter, a year. To watch a new thing through its first outage, its first traffic spike, its first misbehaving dependency. We document the runbook as we go so that, eventually, somebody inside your team can own it without flinching.

We believe software is a gift only if it keeps working after the launch email. That is the job, and we treat it like the job.
