§ Manifesto What we actually do
The part nobody reads. The part that matters.
A web application is a conversation stretched across time. Somebody logs in at 9am in Msasa, again at 2pm in a taxi, again at 9pm in bed. The product is whatever they remember of the gesture between those moments. We design for that memory.
We build with React on the outside and Django, FastAPI, or Node on the inside. Postgres, because problems that feel small almost never are, and a relational database is a debt you never regret paying. We keep API surfaces small, schemas narrow, and the number of moving parts countable on the fingers of one hand.
Dashboards should read like charts before they read like tables. Forms should tell you how to fill them before you have filled them wrong. Empty states should not apologise. They should recommend. Loading states should mean something, or not appear at all.
We ship in small, boring increments and we keep the tests honest. The goal is a product that, eighteen months later, you can still open without flinching.
§ Stack How we build it
Tools chosen, not inherited.
§ Evidence Things we have actually shipped
§ Next If any of this resonates
We answer real questions in a real window of time. Hello always beats a form.
