The interface for a market that lives in a single app.
§ Manifesto What we actually do
The part nobody reads. The part that matters.
Across most of the world's emerging markets WhatsApp is not 'an app'. It is the operating system of small business. A salon books through it. A grocer takes orders on it. A farmer settles a payment on it. The customers who matter for the majority of our clients are already there, every hour, every day. We build for that.
We design and ship full conversational systems on the WhatsApp Business platform. Template flows for the first 24-hour outreach window, session messages for the response that follows, WhatsApp Flows for the moment a brochure becomes a form. We wire the Meta Cloud API and WATI to your stack, your CRM, your warehouse, your Postgres, and we add the agentic layer that triages inbound messages, drafts replies in your brand's voice, and escalates cleanly to a human.
We have patched the whatsmeow Go library to add phone-number device pairing. We have built an outreach orchestrator that runs from a single number with stagger, idempotency, and a soft-ban watchdog. We have published a private reading log on the Meta Cloud API's 24-hour window, marketing-conversation cap, and the difference between session-pricing and template-pricing. This is infrastructure we use ourselves, every week.
If your business sells, supports, recruits, or markets on WhatsApp, you should engage. We will tell you what is possible inside Meta's rate limits and what is possible only if you operate two numbers. We will tell you when a Flow is the right answer and when a plain template is. The platform rewards discipline, and discipline is what we are for.
